This privacy policy is there to inform you on my policy and uses on collecting, using and sharing any data you submit through my website or fotostudio.io (specialised photographer CRM platform).

Responsibility on managing data

Dispel Photo (Individual company created by Aurélien Mouliets) is responsible on managing your collected data on its website https://dispel-photo.com or through https://www.fotostudio.io (contact form, other forms, contract signature).

Data usage

Data sent to Dispel Photo will only be used for managing our customer/provider relationship (session management, quotes, invoices, …). They are saved for these goals.

I also collect data sent through your emails or through talking. This  data is collected to help me provide quality services according to your needs.

Contact form

When you submit a contact form through my website, I collect data such as your first and last names, your email address, your phone number and your message.

Contract signature

You will be asked to sign a contract to validate your order either manually or through fotostudio.io. This contract will reuse collected data as well as information tied to the service (date & location of the photo shoot, prices, …).

Forms

I submit forms for you to fill in in order to better understand your needs and shape a service that fits you. Answering all of the non-required questions is not mandatory.

Sharing your data

Dispel Photo does not sell or rent your data to 3rd parties. No information will be shared without you accepting such sharing. Through accepting this privacy policy, you authorise basic data sharing to 3rd parties.

Access and dispute right

As owner of your own data, you have the right to access, update, rectify incorrect data or ask for their deletion. You also have the right to voice your concerns regarding data management.

I keep your data for as long as necessary to provide you the services you asked for, or for any other essential reasons such as respecting the law, dispute resolution and policy management.
